If you have a software related issue, we encourage all of our clients try our online service where a technician can securely connect to your computer via the internet. We have a one time service option or an ongoing unlimited monthly support plan. You can view the repairs in real-time as our online remote technician fixes your issues, or we can call you when we’ve completed the service. After the work is finished, we disconnect from your computer and cannot view your screen any longer nor have access to your computer.
